I went in around 3pm for a new acrylic set with gel. The lady quickly had me seated and started immediately gluing the tips on. She did not file my nails or anything so I was already a little concerned as I’ve never been anywhere that started off with the tips. She then began literally slapping the acrylic on my nails. She didn’t take the time to ensure my entire nail was covered or that it wasn’t extremely lumpy. On one finger I asked her to go back over it when she did use the tool to help shape my nail and she got upset and rudly said “ALL OF THEM?!” So I told her no, I guess just the one that had the worst lump. I then pointed out another spot that the corner was just the tip and there wasn’t any acrylic ove rit and she said she’d file it and it would look fine. She then painted my nails, poorly. My 5 year old could have done a better job. The gel was lumpy, bubbly, and all over my fingers. I’m not one to usually complain much so I was thinking ok, just let it go, they look terrible but at least I got to get my nails done. She told me it was $45, their sign said $30. I asked her why it was $45 and she shouted something I couldn’t understand so I left. Today, less than 24 hours from getting my fresh new set, one of my nails already came off. RIP OFF!Waste of money, bad customer service, nails lasted less than 3 days. They asked for my age and wanted that to be the determining factor of if “party” and get a refund or not. Never had any experience like this one they hung up on me when I was trying to figure this out. You never offered to fix u said I will pay to fix. I didn’t say I broke it playing cards I said that was the activity I was doing when it fell off. Pretty light activity for it to just fall off? U guys are just terrible.

My girlfriend went and got her nails done here and they fell off 3 days later, and when she tried to reach out to them to see if they could fix it for her, they wanted to charge her $5 to fix them even though it was their mistake. Do not go here. Gel manicures

I had a mani pedi done. The 1st time was great sept I felt they were rude about telling me what I was supposed to do (wash your hands etc). The 2nd time was awful! They used a dremel on my nails to get the polish off from the first time. Again rude about telling me what I was to do. Polish stayed on for a long time was excited that my nails were growing well and such. Then the polish started to chip on 1 nail and I thought my nail was gonna break off w/ it. Note I did not do acrylics. These were my real nails. I went to take the polish off last night and I had to file off the top coat no biggie. What the biggie was I couldn’t get nail polish remover to take it off. So I had to chip it. And along w/ the polish most of my nail too. My fiance had to cut my now long nails to try to get it off w/o breaking my nails. They’re thin and look and feel awful. The only thing keeping my nails strong was the polish which was chipping now on it’s own here and there. I’ve never wore acrylics b/c they damage your nails. And now they’re just as damaged. And some of the skin along the sides of the nails are peeling as well and they never had the polish on them but didn’t peel until I took off the polish last night.

They are very rough on your pedicure, I really don’t like my legs scratched. They’re is no explanation at to what they are doing, they just grab your leg and stick it in water and pull it out when it’s time. No English spoken . Í don’t recommend this place.
