I have been going to Modern nails for just over 3 years now and I’ve never had a bad experience with any of the nail technicians. Today I went in and asked if they could airbrush a blackbird on my nails. They couldn’t but one of the young ladies hand painted them on for me!! I am beyond happy she did an awesome job!! I got the Manicure & Firewalker Pedicure that was supposed to be $60. I got gel polish (no-chip) which should have been an additional $30, $15 for hands & $15 for feet. My total should have been $90 but I was charged $100.Not sure why the extra $10 was added. I do not like how they came out and I was overcharged. Would not recommend unless its your only option.

Very busy, but cleans after each person and practices social distancing. The nail techs did a great job and took their time to ensure quick & quality work. I showed them pictures of what I wanted and they did their best to come as close as possible.

If I could give a zero star I would. I went in today to get my nails done. The old woman who was assigned to do my nails asked me if I wanted my nails cut a little. I said yes. She cut my toe nail so much that it’s painful and does not look good. When I said you cut it too much. She was rude instantly as in how dare I complain about anything and very rudely says you asked me to cut your nail, It’s not bleeding or anything !! I was shocked at how unprofessional she was did not apologize once. And then she proceeds to put put nail polish which was so messy. I said please fix it, she goes you want me to do pedicure ? I was like no I want the polish on toe better I can better than that so why should I pay you. At this point she starts removing polish and tells me to do it myself. I asked who is manager and she yells at my face I am manager. I had to ask ten times who is manager no one from staff was acknowledging who manager is !. Finally a woman came forward and I showed her my over it toe mail she did acknowledge that it was over cut. She painted my nails then. Honestly this is the worse place in regards to customer service. If you have any self respect do not come here. Once they lose business only then they will learn how to respect a client.

They are amazing here!! They have more colors than anyone, and can do anything you show them. Their prices are really reasonable. My no chip manicure lasts alot longer than anywhere else that I have been to.
