Critical: Quality, ValueI have been coming here for a long time. I have a regular technician but if she’s busy I’ll use someone else. All of the technicians that I personally had do my mani&pedi did a great job!Now I have noticed, that lately, maybe in the past year or so, the NAIL POLISH QUALITY & OTHER PRODUCTS IS HORRIBLE! It chips within days, at most a week. And there is a reason I usually do “no chip”…Also, compared to a few years ago, everything seems to be “cheap”…the soap is diluted with water, the paper towel is super thin, most of the massage chairs are broken and duct-taped…So 10 STARS for the technicians and, if I could, I’d do MINUS ZERO for the quality of the products used and the owner of the salon.I’d go somewhere else if any of my favorite techs would move.Services: Pedicure, ManicureI have been coming here for a long time. Please DO NOT come here….came because I was on a time crunch and at the mall figured it’s a basic manicure what could go wrong…well look at the pictures. I now have to go home and redo them when the whole point of coming was because I did not have time the employees working here should be embarrassed at the work they do. Also were pushy trying to get me to add on more….no chip….pedicure…..eye brows maybe if you did what you were supposed to right you wouldn’t be begging for additional services.

I went in to get no chip nails on my natural nails! Tammy soaked my hands in a dish of acetone and proceeded to motor file and scrape off old no chip with her nails. Did a 30 second job at cuticles/buffing/shaping. And started applying nail polish to nails that still had remnants of old nail polish on them. Didn’t let me use the UV long enough to cure my nails. No alcohol wipe down. Just sent me on my Merry way. $30 for rubbish rubbish service! I was utterly horrified. The only saving grace and the reason why I tipped $6 was the eyebrow wax she gave me.

Roaches. I came in to get a fill in, I was sitting at felt something on my foot and it was a brown roach. I also seen numerous brown roaches crawling under the seats where you get your feet done, I walked right out the shop. The manager/ owner is very rude as well!

Critical: Do yourself, and your pocketbook, a favor – don’t go here!!! Went in for dip manicure and regular pedicure. Came out with bloody cuticles, caked on polish under my nails, polish on my cuticles and lumpy polish all over – and thats AFTER the manager tried to fix it. I can feel areas where there are gaps in the polish. The manager blamed me for moving and that’s why my cuticles are bloody. When I called her out that she was hurting me twisting my fingers (my knuckles were cracking) and nipping me with the dremmel – she said it was my fault i was moving. She was extremely unpleasant until it came close to being done (finally- after 2.5 hours) and then started asking me how I was and asking “friendly” questions. PLUS they charged me 10$ for cutting my cuticles. Honestly. The worst experience ever getting my nails done. Don’t go here.
