Critical: Professionalism, QualityI had came here for valentine’s day and I haven’t had my nails done in awhile. While friendly the nails I recieved were not up to par with expectations. I was hesistant to write this review because I usually don’t. I had mistakenly requested a gel manicure appointment because I thought gel was just a different type of full set acrylic. They happily changed and did a full set . However I asked for a coffin shape which could have been achieved by just making them a little longer. I had even showed a picture of length and shape. And knowing I was inexperienced in getting my nails done he basically still let me choose the length when I was unsure in the first place. Instead I got close to a French or rectangular shape and some of them are misshapen. The acrylic even when I first got them didn’t reach the back of the nail on some nails. One of the nails is so filed down that it’s shorter than the rest and I’m pretty sure he chuckled to himself about this when he was matching the lengths of each nail and comparing them because he laughed and didn’t say anything else. I paid and left because I had to meet my fiance for dinner but . Definitely overall disappointed. Unprofessional. I had came here for valentine’s day and I haven’t had my nails done in awhile. While friendly the nails I recieved were not up to par with expectations.
