I have NEVER been disappointed. Ginny and Vinny are amazing! They take great pride in their work and build relationships with their customers which I absolutely love. I now live in Texas but every time I come home to BG, I get my nails done here. They do THE BEST shellac manicures in town. And if you aren’t happy, they will correct it. I lived in Bowling Green from 2013 -2018. After trying several places in town, I tried Modern Nails around 2014. I have NEVER been disappointed. Ginny and Vinny are amazing! They take great pride in their work and build relationships with their customers which I absolutely love. I now live in Texas but every time I come home to BG, I get my nails done here. I highly recommend this salon. Kate did an amazing job with my lemon scrub pedicure that lasted 45 minutes. Much needed. I will be returning here with mom, dad, brother and sister as they have so many women’s and mens pedicure options. Also the customer service is amazing and techs here really take pride in their work so there’s no second guessing about getting the quality work you’re looking for. Ten out of ten recommend. Also they’re open til 8 but make an appointment before you go.

First question ask on giving a review is DID YOU USE THIS BUSINESS??? Well I’ve tried 2x….And I’ve been to this nail salon twice and both times that I have been they’ve had 3-4 customers in an working on them and the only service I’m looking for is a pedicure, and when they ask what I would like I tell them an they speak their language and reply back to me and say it will be tomorrow…Hmmmm doesn’t make since and they don’t close until 8:00pm.. I’ve shown up both times at a reasonable times an way before there closing time… so now I’m convinced that they are DISCRIMINATING!!! Highly upset about it!!!

I am new in town, I came here as another salon was rude and ignored me. Vinny asked me to come in and welcomed me. He was honest, did a great job, and greeted everyone in a sincere manner. It seems that his customers have been going there for years and won’t go elsewhere. Guess I’ll be joining the club. Thank you Vinny, my nails were done well. (Mani/Pedi/gel).

I called today to ask about appointment times. The person I spoke with was incredibly rude. I originally wanted an early appointment time so I could make it to an event at 10:30. The person I spoke with said that the earliest appointment they had was at 9am. I told them that I would need to discuss with my friend and see if that time would work with our time constraints the worker responded in a rude tone: “hmmm it probably would have been smart to talk to your friend about times before calling.”…. I honestly can’t believe that I just spoke to a business and not a middle school teenager… yikes. Glad I did not waste money supporting a business with rude employees.

I researched nail salons near the hotel as my nails were not to my liking from another technician. Ginny answered the phone at 8:30P and I scheduled an appointment for the following day. He prepped me with a soak off and Ginny completed the appointment with a fresh acrylic powder dip. Nails look good. I am pleased! And it didn’t take long, they were very mindful of my timeframe.
