Positive: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueI went on a super busy day with no appointment, so the 2 hour wait wasn’t that bad. One it was my turn, Lee did a fantastic job. My nails are smooth, even, and well shaped. He took his time and made sure it was done right. Best nail place I’ve been to in the surrounding areas. Will coke aga8n.Services: Manicure, Acrylic nails

Critical: ProfessionalismI called to see what time they closed and they indicated 7pm. I arrived at noon and had drove two hours to get my nails done since the one in my area was closed. When I showed up I was told they were only doing appointments. I told them if they would do them I’d wait as long as necessary and they refused. I told them I drove the distance and was never informed over the phone that they are only taking appointments. Shrugged his shoulders and continued to paint his clients nails. I called to see what time they closed and they indicated 7pm. I arrived at noon and had drove two hours to get my nails done since the one in my area was closed. When I showed up I was told they were only doing appointments. I told them if they would do them I’d wait as long as necessary and they refused. Critical: QualityI went in for a pedicure & manicure( both were suppose to be gel polish, however three days after getting my nails done the polish was already partially off my nails on both hands. Anyone knows that gel nails should last much longer, so it’s simple to see that I didn’t get what I paid for.Services: Manicure, Pedicure

Critical: QualityI think the woman that did my nails was new and only knew the basics of apply a full set. She was listening to music on YouTube and wanted to skip the ads which caused her to constantly stop. The lady didn’t cut nor oil my cuticle. My nails wasn’t shaped correctly and looked sloppy. I think the woman that did my nails was new and only knew the basics of apply a full set. She was listening to music on YouTube and wanted to skip the ads which caused her to constantly stop.
