Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityGina is very rude. They will have you waiting three hours for a manicure while other clients come in and out for eye brow and lash services. It’s not fair to wait hours while 10 or more clients are placed in front of you. The guy in the second seat to the left can’t do nails at all. Don’t waste your money!! I paid for the gel polish which suppose to last 3 weeks, why my polish started peeling 4days after I got it done. Then the lady(I’m assuming the owner) tells me they are not responsible for the polish because the polish only last a week…GTFOH I wasn’t born yesterday! If I wanted polish that last a week I would’ve got the regular polish instead of paying extra for the gel.

Received the worst pedicure ever! It was so bad I left after soaking because I refused to let him continue to play over my feet. Toenails not cut nor buffed correctly and my heels were a mess from bad scrubbing and filing. Never again!
