Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThey don’t like when a customer asks questions, they feel agitated when responding. You can tell they hate what they do, but they just do it for business, no joy, no welcoming clients. The gel paint didn’t last me 3 days before chipping started. First time ever seeing this in my 30something years of life. I know the girl who did my mani was training coz the man was guiding her, but still… it puzzles me what she didn’t do that made it not stay on. They don’t like when a customer asks questions, they feel agitated when responding. You can tell they hate what they do, but they just do it for business, no joy, no welcoming clients. The gel paint didn’t last me 3 days before chipping started. First time ever seeing this in my 30something years of life. Although I liked the price, the job that was done was rushed.. I got a pedicure and a manicure both gel and the man that did my toes painted on my skin so the paint peeled the same day . My nails aren’t as bad but he left in the middle of them and didn’t properly finish them. He just told me two more times under the light and I was done. My polished chopped at the salon and they had to fix it. Later when I got home the sides of my nails started to chip and peel because he Had painted the sides of my fingers. I would of asked him to fix it but like I said he didn’t even wait to finish my nails. I’m not going to go back, neither is my mom sister or grandmother.

I called and asked how much it would be for two people for full sets and a pedicure they told me it was only gonna range around $60 ….. ok. Well wrong. I got there they did our toes and the guy did great. The lady who did my nails unfortunately… not so great. My nails are crooked and she put way to much acrylic. So I was like you know what whatever it is what it is. I go up to pay …….. it was $110 …. ?

Prices are cheaper than anywhere else in plant city hence the long wait and the slam bam thank you mam service. They are so worried about making money they don’t take their time with you the ladies cut me and my mother while getting a pedicure…if you are diabetic please don’t go here. We went to this place to be pampered but it was more like a chop shop. They also have their 10 year old son start the water for pedicure and he almost gave my mother and I 3rd degree burn.

Went in and got seated quick, the man was okay. But once he asked what color i wanted i said matte white, he didnt understand what i meant. I tried to explain and even showed him a picture and all he would say was white nails but he still didnt understand the matte coatpart. So i gave up and changed my mind and showed another photo of pink and shimmery pink nails with one including little diamonds. And said this is what i want. So then he said okay. So i was waiting for him to find the right pink shades, and all of a sudden he paints them all a light pink, that didnt match the photo at all. Made them pink ombre. Not only was i disappointed about that, he also left one of my nails messy, as in not smooth bc he didnt apply the coat right and another happened to have a peice of dirt or something in the nail. So i was putting my nails under the uv and he just got up and left??? Sat there looking clueless in front of everyone. Didnt let me know i was done. So rude, i sat there not knowing he was done. Then lady asks me if im done, i go up and pay. And she hands me my change. And says nothing. Didnt feel welcomed at all. I feel like i wasnt listened too, was rushed, and not welcomed. I recommend Secret place nails in Seffner, they’re new and they all speak english too. And they listen to whay you want. Wish i could show photos of two of my nails.
