I had a pedicure and full set service and it was awful. The tech didn’t use the pumice on my feet. The polish was too thick and they refused to make it right. I will never go there again. It is not worth the prices that they charge and they aren’t friendly. Granted I was the last customer of the day but times are too hard not to get what you pay for.

I feel like the service I got was not worth the price I paid. I just got a gel full set and 3 of my nails look like they are lifted off of my nail already (not even 2 hours after I got them done) I asked the lady to clean the glue and stuff out from under my nails before I left she was rude like it would be such an inconvenience to take a minute to do it. She seemed more interested in anything else other then doing my nails. I had to go home and file the edges down cause I didn’t want them being sharp (I asked her nicely twice to do them)…. I will say she was nice enough to test the color I picked to make sure I would like it before she did all my fingers.

I had a nail (from a different shop) break around 10 am, got in the shop and sat down for a repair and fill at 12:30 pm, left out around 1:20 with this BEAUTIFUL set. She pays attention to detail, makes sure your happy, and was very professional. I’ll definitely be back! Acrylic nails

It was my first time coming here and I was getting my nails done for my wedding! They were extremely nice and did a fantastic job! You could tell how much pride the lady that did mine took in her work and thats something I look for in excellent customer service. I definately would recommend going here. Very pleased

Hands down the best nail shop in Palatka.. I’ve been going here for years and they are always on point! They are very professional and they stay cleaning there shop even before Covid19. The quality of the products they use are exceptional. The last time i got my nails done was the beginning of Nov 2020 and I had to have them remove them Jan 2021 (i work crazy hours so had to wait for vaca to go back). They hadn’t chipped, lifted, or broke plus my crystals were still on. Also because they don’t skip on layering my gel was still bright and shiny! They also give the best pedi i have ever had. I have never had an issue with getting toenail fungus and they last literally months!

Do not go here! I was a walk in first thing at 9am and other women walked in behind me, the place got full fast. I asked for a full set of acrylics, my nail tech skipped steps and rushed through my nails. I have gotten my nails done several times and have never had such a bad experience. I did not ask for gel and the nail tech insisted! My nails are now covered in gel acrylic residue and my fingers are stained with color.
