Today was my third time coming here. This is my favorite nail salon in the area. I’ve been to quite a few. The ladies here are so professional and friendly, and make you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in. Karen did my nails today (the pink dip powder). She is attentive to detail and kind. I’ve also gotten my eyebrows waxed here (highly recommend).

This is my third time visiting this place. First was for a pedi and it was okay, the lady didn’t cut the side of my toe nails the right way next day my toe was in so much pain so I had to fix this myself. Second time was this past Wednesday, I got a pedicure and acrylics for my daughters. First, the white polish they used for me was almost dry/old and she added acetone to make this watery but at this point my toe nails were lumpy after they dried. My daughters asked for French tip polish and they offered Gel but we requested regular polish. They started saying why regular? regular is not good and just go with gel. if regular polish is not worth it why offer it? also, why get mad when I say no? Anyways, one my daughters french design polish was smearing so the french tip line design wasn’t clean/smooth. When we asked to get this fixed she stated the polish wasn’t the issue, instead it was dirt underneath her nail -__- . We came back today to have this polish removed and color redone and its much better. However they charged me $15 dlls to change this. My lady Karen charged me 45 for a regular acrylic nails and polish. I said why 45? when I didn’t get French ? she said because the almond nail shape she did for me!!!!!!!!!!!! excuse me? I paid $45 for my daughters nails 2 days prior same shape plus french tip polish for the same price. They pick a day to change prices and that’s basically scamming their clients. Lesson learned, never coming back to this place. I rather drive 25 mins to my old nail salon than the 3mins it takes me to this place.
