Critical: Professionalism, QualityI feel terrible leaving a bad review but it needs to be said. I went in to get a manicure, I was seated almost immediately but the guy doing my nails drilled into my nail. I’m not talking about buffing your nail, he literally drilled very deep near my cuticles to where I have a literal indent in my nails. Along with this he drilled into four of my fingers, to the point that I was bleeding. I took off the polish 4 days after getting it done because it wouldn’t stop cracking and chipping off. I feel terrible leaving a bad review but it needs to be said. I went in to get a manicure, I was seated almost immediately but the guy doing my nails drilled into my nail. I’m not talking about buffing your nail, he literally drilled very deep near my cuticles to where I have a literal indent in my nails. Along with this he drilled into four of my fingers, to the point that I was bleeding. I took off the polish 4 days after getting it done because it wouldn’t stop cracking and chipping off. Critical: QualityThe first time I went for a fill in the lady was great (didn’t get her name). I was happy to go back. However, the last time I got Hanna. I asked for one nail to be replaced because I broke it. She said I needed a fill in (I didn’t really think so but agreed to do it) She cut my natural nail all the way down, which I didn’t want (my natural nails are very long, except this one now). Then removed the remaining acrylic with a nail tip which is terrible for your nails. Then filed the gel off my other nails. Once she did the replacement nail she put away the acrylic and got out the polish without filling my other nails??? I asked was she going to do the fill in and she said oh yeah… and then did it. When shaping my nails she literally filed half my pinky nail off. I showed her and she tried to build it up with a glob of acrylic instead of replacing it. It looked terrible and I told her I needed it taken off and redone. She tried to cut that nail off too! I stopped her and asked for someone else to do my nails. She just sat there looking at me. I asked another lady and and said no and walked off. Then Hannah just started doing my nails again so I let her or I would have had to walk out half done ..ugh. She cut my cuticles all up with the drill then sliced my finger open while buffing. I asked again for someone else but she just continued. I normally get a design but didn’t, I was ready to leave as I was having actual panic attacks while she was finishing. I pay and leave. The very next morning I wake up and one of the nails she replaced was off… I go back and tell the man I need someone else and explain my prior experience and he sits me back with her. I didn’t see anyone else so I let her replace my nail but decided not to return. As I was walking out the other nail started to pop off. The man glued it back on and told me it’s my fault because I have long nails. All my nails are starting to lift and it hasn’t been a week. The first time I went for a fill in the lady was great (didn’t get her name). I was happy to go back. However, the last time I got Hanna. I asked for one nail to be replaced because I broke it.
