Absolutely 0 stars! Instead of looking over their work to make sure the paint is intact and not clumpy they push you off and go onto the next client. Unprofessional and don’t even communicate with you, instead laugh and speak a different language to each other (that’s not a big deal what so ever) but would have been nice to have a conversation with my fiancé instead she sat there and felt unwelcome and awkward.

I got dip gel. They refused to clean my cuticles up. Some of my nails don’t match the same length as the other hand. Some nails are so bumpy from horribly shaping/filing them and all my nails look like bubbles from layering the dip so thick and not filing them down enough. I also have a nail that they shaped crooked! Gel manicures

Had appt with Nina who always does a great job today kind of asked if this other nail tech could do my nails I agreed. Now over 5 times I had to jerk my hand back because she hurt me (no blood thankfully) then when I was paying she acted surprised I didn’t leave a tip. Even asked no tip? Really Acrylic nails

My big toe was seriously messed up and even though it’s a tiny bit uneven it looks way better than before! Great job and walk-ins are welcome! Just make sure you tip before you submit your payment ♀️ I screwed that up and felt really bad because I didn’t have cash! Will definitely go back and definitely tip the young guy that did my toes!

i went to this establishment for the first time yesterday, as i am new to the area and was visiting with a friend of mine. we both decided to get mani-pedis, hers being with regular polish and mine being with gel. my friends nails turned out wonderful and the service she was given was great, however, mine not so much. the lady who did my nails was very aggressive when handling my cuticles and ended up making one of my toes bleed. instead of stopping to treat the cut she proceeded to tear apart a cotton ball, put it on my nail, and proceed to paint OVER the cotton ball while my foot is still bleeding. i assumed that she would go over that part of the nail separately, but she painted right over it and didn’t handle any of it with care. she also did a very poor job of cleaning the excess polish from around the nails, so i have gel polish cured onto my skin. now it has been about 24 hours and there is an infection at the bed of my toe nail and i cannot get the remains of the cotton ball out from underneath my pedicure. long story short we did not end up getting manicures there and i will not be back. i am extremely dissatisfied with the service i was provided and with all of it i still had to pay $40 for the services.

went in with my mom and sister. i wanted a very simple gel french manicure, which took nearly an hour and it turned out messy and uneven. so messy she was picking polish off my fingers (huge pet peeve). my younger sister just want gel polish, no cutting or filing them, JUST polish. I had to tell her three times to put the file down, just put the polish on and she still filed her nails which is exactly what she didn’t want. whole encounter took two hours for a gel French manicure and gel polish on a child. my mother didn’t have time to get hers done after she said she’d only have to wait 30 minutes. only thing this place has going for it is the color selection, but after waiting 2 hours for mediocre service (at best) it’s not worth the time or money

My friend and I came here to get acrylics done. We were walk ins so it took a while for us to get our nails done but that is to be expected. Since they had appointments and were trying to fit us in we had two people work on our nails. One put on the tips and shaped them, then the other did the acrylic, then back to the first nail tech to finish them. The nail tech who did the acrylic part of my nails was not happy with the way the first nail tech did my tips. She shaped them wrong and put them on to far down my finger. Not to mention she made them to short and hard to work with. She had also noticed that i had gotten cut. The nail tech who did the acrylic was very nice. She explained to me why it is important to relax your hands to help them prevent nicks on the fingers. She did her best with what she had to work with. Then to get my friends acrylics done I went back to the first nail tech. My nails were simple, purple on all my nails but my ring finger and the ring finger had glitter. That is it. No design nothing just plain. She did not listen to the other nail tech when being told what colors I wanted and I had to stop her and tell her again. My nails are very smudged and sloppy. I can see where she didn’t spread the top coat. Then she filled my nails again. Cutting me on both thumbs and 2 other fingers. My ring finger having a deep cut. Once she finished with me she just left. She had had a bad attitude the entire time.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityWent there two weeks ago had a great experience they got me in and out and my nails looked so good! I wasn’t hesitant to schedule another appointment for me and my friend. We had an appointment at 4:30 for a fill and a full set. There was two lady’s working when we went in and then one left after she finished on the customer she was working on. With the one worker she didn’t start on my friends nails till almost an hour after our appointment. While she was in the middle of doing her nails a lady walks in with a chipped nail that she wanted fixed with no appointment, the worker then proceeded to stop to fix the other customers nails. By the time she was done with my friends nails it was 6:40 she then rushed through mine. She was done by 7:10 with my nails and they look very sloppy. I wasn’t very happy with them but she told us she was in a rush so I felt like I didn’t have time for her to fix them.
