One photo is what I asked for, I even showed them the photo and the man said he could do it. The other photos are what I left with.. nothing like the photo. They are crooked and uneven, just sloppy all around. My first indicator that it wasn’t going to be a good experience was when he used the dremel to remove the nail polish I came in with instead of nail polish remover. Not to mention he cut 2 of my fingers with the file, I was bleeding! And he just says oh sorry. 2 days later and the nails are already starting to lift. It was a waste of $55 dollars. I will never go back, worst nail experience ever!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityInconsiderate, sloppy and slow. Both times I had a male technician that was on his phone texting throughout my nail treatment. When asked to remove my set during visit #2 he did the wedge-false-tip-under-acrylic-and-rip-off-acrylic-plus-my-(naturally paperthin)-natural-nail trick and had to be asked to soak them off instead. When cutting the false tips he picked a random short length and I had to stop him and tell him that I wanted them longer. Never go to this place!! The employees were very rude and strict. The joint smelled like cigarettes and smoke. It made we feel nauseous. They had very cheap nail polish. The color choices were terrible and it was all over my toes. I sat down and instantly wanted to leave, I wish I did. My 2 year old son could do better than this guy. He made me choose a nail polish within 10 seconds of being and there and the pedicures were 30 dollars. The chairs were very unclean and I wanted to leave instantly. What a waste of my time. Never go there.

Omg I cant believe I missed out on this salon all these years going to soo many different salons trying to find a place I’d be satisfied . Well I finally did with Modern Nails.The products are top of line products from acrylics to the nail polish.I never had all 10 nails last so long. Very friendly and extremely clean. I will never go anywhere else. MODERN NAILS YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!!!

I would never EVER go to this place again. I went there because it was close to my work and it was the worst nail experience I ever had. The man that did my nails was rough, rude, and had no skills. He actually made me bleed! He repainted my nails 3 times because my 3 year old cousin could have done better, and I could see him getting more irritable every time. Manners of an OGRE! In the end, my nails came out cut crooked, thick with acrylic, and he only did 2 very light coats of paint, so the paint wasn’t even solid. Unfortunately, I paid him, went to my car, then saw how awful they were. I went back to ask for it to be made right and he told me he didn’t care, I paid, and now I was stuck with them. I even pointed out that he made me bleed and he said it wasn’t his problem. He literally ARGUED with me with other customers and humiliated me all because he destroyed my nails and hurt me. I would never go back there, and I would never suggest anyone go there either.

I read the reviews and the bad ones were so bad, I was nervous to go to this salon. However there were also good reviews and I need a salon close to home so I decided to give it a try. AM I GLAD I DID! Chrissy did a fabulous pedicure and I couldn’t be happier. My new nail salon.
