This place is the absolute best! I make the trip from Pasadena to Simi valley just so lynn can do my nails! I’ve been a loyal customer for almost 2 years and always refer modern nails to anyone looking to get beautiful quality work done! The salon is clean, spacious, and organized. All staff are wonderful and perform excellent customer service! If I could I would give them 20 stars!!!

If I could rate this place any lower I would. They disregarded my choice for nail style and even cut my cuticle with the drill. When I took my first shower after getting them done hours later the nail polish started to peel. When I went back to get my money back they refused and said I needed to take the nails off to get a refund. That made no sense to me all I wanted was partial money back so I could get them fixed somewhere else. Never going back and don’t recommend.

I come here once a month, I drive out from Phoenix Arizona to take my grandmother to go get her nails done and spend a weekend with her, my grandmother is 94 and Anne is the only person that she’ll let do her nails, the people that work and run this location are very kind extremely sweet and accommodating for my grandmother’s mobile restrictions
