They took me quickly and my nails look right and it was a good price. The only complaint I have is that felt like she was a little rough when grasping my hands. I’m 60 years old and I have arthritis and she was way too rough on my hands. Overall though I think it’s a very good place to go to.

Bad service, first and last time we go here. Baffles me how you can run a business with zero English. 16 year old daughter wasn’t being taken seriously when asking for specific nail shape, never was asked if she would like to have nails trimmed and technician kept pulling hands closer to fan as nail polish dried when she didn’t want her nails that close because she didn’t want to have nail polish to have ripples from fan, and then he shook his head at her. They are lucky I wasn’t there! Gave zero tip of course, they’re lucky I paid. 16 or 96, you are still to be respected as a customer! I called them with a specific question and again clueless in phone. When I walked in to pick up daughter they’re all smiling asking daughter if she likes her nails, phony, liars. Only went here because B T Nails closed for vacation. They need training on customer service, should ask and listen to the shape you want for nails and respect customers of all ages.

First time I tried this place it was amazing. My wife and I really enjoyed it. Decided to take her back for Mothers Day. Well it got busy and my person rushed and clipped part of my nail off! To the bottom! I didnt notice any pain until i got home and took a shower and it stung bad. Went back to confront them and they just told me give it couple days itll grow out. I told them thats not the point. I said you cut me and now my toe hurts constantly. They said too bad itll be fine. I dont mind if a business messes up, no one is perfect. But you need to rectify your mistake ESPECIALLY when your business true blood!

Hand massage was wonderful. I asked for a clear coat of polish but rec’d a clear pink-ish color…I thought well…ok. After a few days I tried to remove it but could not so I returned to the salon. They tried to get it off with acetone but no luck so they had to use the buffer by hand and then the electric buffer (I think that is what it is called…the little drill- like thing). Anyway it came off but now my nails are thin and broken. I looked at my nails just now and it is about a month or less later and I can see that all of it did not come off. I only know this because I can see where my new nail is growing up. The rest of my nail is a stained sort of streaked pink color color. I hope my nails will grow again.
