My nails and skin are in so much pain! I went to get acrylic nails and not only were they crooked, but 6 of my fingers are now cut up and were BLEEDING while she was doing them. I went somewhere else immediately to have the acrylic nails removed and was asked multiple times who did my nails because they looked awful and my (normally very healthy) natural nails themselves were “destroyed.”

So I had a girls day planned with a friend and the plan was to get our nails done here. I saw the reviews and we decided to go to modern. Turns out it was a big mistake. My nails are crooked very streaky and the polish doesn’t go all the way down. I politely asked the lady to fix her mistake and she only fixed ONE nail that wasn’t completed with polish. Also while we were in modern we felt pressured to leave as the employees were in a hurry even tho we were the only ones in there for 45mins. It was a complete waste of money. Oh and they make you pay for your nails before they are completed. Not worth it y’all.

My friend and I got our nails done here today and neither of us are pleased. We were the only two in the salon, and we were rushed the entire time. Her nails are flat, the color is streaky, and they didn’t cover the entire nail with polish. The acetone the woman used to take off my old shellac was way too hot, and when I told her this, she ignored me. They were rude, pushy, and careless. We will not be returning.
