Called on Wednesday and was able to get an appointment for Saturday morning, and the person I spoke with was professional. Got there Saturday morning, they take temperatures when you walk in, and it’s by appointment only so they’re doing a pretty good job with the state of the world currently and ensuring the safety of the customer to the best of their ability. The atmosphere was friendly and personable while also keeping it professional.

I wait 20 mins for them and no one came, so I figured maybe they be closed for the day or running late. I called them 11: 55 am an asked them why no one called me to let me know, they was open since I had an appointment. The girl response was our first appointment was at 10:30 and we got here at 10:45 ,and All our customer know to wait. Modern Nail Salon is my go-to salon. They are always so courteous and kind. Their work is always great. I have never had an issue with their service. The shop is small but homey and they even have little pretzels and lollipops while you wait. I will continue to go there probably forever.

I’m giving this nail salon 3 stars cause their timing is horrible!!!! They do great work, hence the reason I still come here but they don’t have a set time and it’s frustrating. I’ve had to wait 1 hour or more sometimes before getting my nails done and I’ve watched clients get upset and drive off cause they sit in their cars waiting. You’ll call them a day before to ask for exact time, but yet, they still show up late. They really need to do better with their hours and also update their google info. Other than that, they do a great job with nails.

HOURS ARE MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY 11am-6pm. SATURDAY 930am-6pm. SUNDAY CLOSED. First this salon is a family owned business. I love this place. The employees always greet you with a warm hello regardless of the “specific” type of people that show up here. My nails are always the way I want it and much more. They all have their own special skills which makes it unique and different. But I must say they’re way to nice to some of the people that come in. Most customers are rude ignorant and ask a lot when in reality it’s not possible. Not sure why people continue to bring animals in but they do and they’re nice enough to allow it. All the negative reviews are based on the shop not compromising their integrity or morals for the sake of incompetent customers. No they’re not cheap charging $1 for nails which most people want but every penny spent here is worth it. I’ve been going here for years and it’s upsetting to see them interact with people I’ve even wanted to ask to leave. You’re going to have a wait regardless so stop complaining or go across the street. Place is awesome. Come visit and smile. Life’s too short to be unhappy.

I always leave with my nails just how i wanted. the Quality of the service is worth the wait. i went to another nearby salon recently because modern wasn’t open yet. I fully regret it. It was a good reminder that all salons are not created equally. Do yourself a favor. go when you have the time to get the job done right.

If I could give them zero stars I swear I would , this is my second time going there and my nails have either broken off or fallen off in less than 5 days. I was just there 4 days ago and got me my grandmothers and little sisters nails done and already 3 nails have fallen off and one just recently broke. Even though they are extremely friendly and the service is great the quality in the acrylic that they buy SUCKS ! I’ve went to Paris nails and spa since the time they first opened and I never had to worry about a nail falling off , they need to up they’re acrylic and stop being stop being so cheap
