I was a little weary of going here because of some of the reviews, but I took the chance and am glad I did. I live close by and got an sns dip manicure with tips by Kenny. I LOVE the results. The salon is very clean, they offer beverage service which is nice. My gel manicure and pedicure turned out great! The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars, is because the technician charged me a nail fix. While using the drill on my gel nails she somehow hit the edge of my nail, causing it to crack off. I didn’t have any chipped nails when I came into the salon. When I checked out she had charged me a nail fix. I had mentioned to her that it was chipped because of what she did during the service. In my opinion service could be a bit better. You shouldn’t charge customers for an error made by the technician. But overall happy with how my nails turned out.

For $57, you get a polish change that does not include a “manicure”. I got my nails done (dip) 2 days ago and they’re already grown out because they didn’t cut my cuticles. I called and confirmed that it was not a mistake. This has been my go to spot since they opened but I will not be going back.

This was a truly horrible experience. Both my manicure and pedicure are horrible. Very unprofessional work and VERY expensive. She couldn’t even make the nail surface not bumpy and wavy. Won’t be coming there anymore and wouldn’t recommend anyone.

Shop was overbooked and running about 15 minutes behind schedule, which was frustrating as I had made an appointment. The manicure is essentially just a polish change with a nail trim (no moisturizing or massage). They have a lot of colors, but display them on little sample sticks instead of in the bottles so it’s unclear which sample sets are regular polish and which are gel (be sure to ask so you don’t get stuck paying for a gel manicure you didn’t want).

Don’t go there unless you have mo other option. The customer service is terrible. I got gel nails, my technician was an older lady and she seemed rushed and mad the whole time, she was also very aggressive when doing my nails. The salon is cute but their customer chairs are basically bar stools and very uncomfortable. If you are a larger person you cannot fit in those bar stools. The service was also mediocre at best.

I booked a pedicure in this business long in advance through ClassPass but while waiting to be helped they informed me that they were over booked and I would have to wait 25 min or just go home. I decided to go home. To my surprise they didn’t turn away a person that walk in at the same time with me. It seems that they get less money from class pass so they will rather take other customers. Needless to say I’ll never go back there.

My go to nail place in MTVN triangle! Love how they do my nails! Only downside is that you will usually end up spending a couple hours in there but can’t complain when my nails come out looking so good! Great salon!

Seems like a really nice place, so I booked over a week ahead for a full set acrylics and a pedicure. Got there to find a line of 3 other people waiting for a nail tech (at least one of them also had an appointment) and all of the 8 employees were already busy taking care of customers and estimated at least a 30 minute wait… I asked if they would make an exception and cancel my appointment so I could go elsewhere and they agreed. Seems like they do great work, but don’t count on actually getting your nails done even if you have an appointment.
