They were so kind. Got me in same day I called. I don’t do nails often and was looking for a place to maintain my nails and keep up with them and chose this place because of the many recommendations on the Oakdale Neighborhood Facebook page. It was my first time with dip and I love them. I brought a picture in of what I wanted and the technician took her time to find the best colors to match the image. She did sample color on acrylic nails to show me and then proceeded to do an amazing job. So happy I booked my next appointment right away.

I’ve been here twice now, the first time was awesome. I got a gel mani that was perfectly applied and lasted weeks, however my sister got another technician (mi-mi) and hers only lasted about 5 days before it bubbled up, it also was really lumpy from the begining. The second time I went Mi-Mi was my technician. And I had the same issues as my sister.

I haven’t had the best experiences lately with nail salons, so I usually do my own dip nails. They did a great job! First lady who started and removed and reapplied , wasn’t very pleasant, but she did a good job. Second lady who filed and polished was very talkative and nice. Both were great at nails and that’s what matters most. Busy place, I definitely recommend an appointment!

I love Modern Nails. I have been going to the salon for years. Vickie is absolutely the best. Her pedicures and manicures are always done to perfection and she gives the best leg and foot message. The salon is very clean and they offer so many services. I highly recommend Modern Nails for your next spa service. Any one of their employees will do a great job.

Horrible experience I was over charged and cut on two fingers I literally have blood mixed in with my nail polish. On top of all that the lady kept coughing on me. She also seemed to have attitude with me because I was making her fix my nails. I mean I know I dont do this often, but I know my whole nail should be painted. I will never refer anyone here or go back. Ooh and I didn’t pick brown. I was just ready to go after a long day of work, so much for relaxing. Mani and pedicure I was over charged.

Nikki’s services & performance she did on my nails were professional! Her precision was 10/10! Her customer service was 10/10! I got them done just today, & just lasted for 1 hour & 20 minutes. My gel dipped nails were just $60, & tipped them $10! All I got was the classic pink & white-tipped nails! And Nikki perfected it! These ladies even did my cuticles w/ my $60 nails! You don’t even need to ask these women to do it perfectly, they just do it for you! I recommend this nail salon to ANYONE in the local Oakdale area who doesn’t wanna drive far!
