I was originally getting a no chip pedicure and ombré fill in for starters my pedicure was 3 1/2 hrs I was charged $45 for a pedicure which means I was charged to take my polish off my friend was charged $20 for a take off and 65 for service she was not satisfied with. Very frustrated leaving this facility. The mani/pedi I received was extremely mediocre. I told the tech she was hurting my foot scrubbing so hard and continued to do so. I pulled my foot away. I felt as if she was irritated and did not want to do the work.

First time customer here (visiting my sister who’s stationed here at Bragg). I waited for about 25 to 30 minutes even though I had an appointment and I was on time. John was my Nail Tech. I think he did a pretty good job. They just don’t apply the cuticle oil or lotion to your hands or at least he didn’t. Apparently they over-booked and had more appointments than they could handle. So I waited another 30 to 40 minutes to get a pedicure, John also ended up doing my pedi because they were too booked and he had a lady cancel with him. They are also a bit pricey ($95), $15 more than what I’m used to paying. I paid $50 for a full set with gel polish and $45 for a pedicure with gel polish.

Service was ok, prices NOT. Was going to charge me $50 for a color change on my hands (gel) and regular on my feet. When I question the price it went down to $45. I’d gotten a Mani and Pedi with gel hands same place for $75?! It doesn’t add up to me. Perhaps I’m buggin but. I don’t think so.

The technician who did my nails, seemed very upset. He initiated filing my nails in a manner of agitation. I had called for a same day appointment with a 5 HR window in advance. He finished my nails in 30 minutes, without asking for the desired shape, and when he noticed that I didn’t really like it, he asked me if I think they’re nice… I replied with “sure” knowing truthfully that I was not going to make him fix it, since I was never going to return to this location.

I went in on a Wednesday just to get polish change NOTHING ELSE, because I had just got an fill in on Saturday at my regular nail salon. I stopped here because it was the closes one to me where I was taking care of some business. Anyways soon as I requested a polish change, I got the third degree about what was on top of my real nails. Finally the manager told the lady it was not important just polish my nails. She said something and another gentleman came out to do my nails. He keep saying I need a fill in I advise him no polish change. This man kept filing my nails with the drill until they were paper thin. I was charged $25 for a polish change and less than an hour one of my nails. I called an the manager and he fixed my nail for free but an hour later on my other hand my nail chipped. Now I have an chipped nail and an broken nail. They have messed up my real nails by trying to make an extra buck. My pinky nail is broke across the middle. DO YOUR JOB AND PROVIDE THE SERVICE YOUR CUSTOMER IS REQUESTING.

I do not recommend this place. I went there with my daughter to get refills and because it was close to her. The man was very rough and his skills wasn’t very good. He replaced a nail that didn’t need it. Then they were severely over priced. The finger he put the new nail on hurt for days and his roughness set off my carpal tunnel pain. This was the worse experience I ever had. In addition to the poor service they had children running around. This place is very unprofessional. Avoid at all cost.

Been to MANY different shops before I found them. They treat me and my family like family. We go every two weeks and it’s the four of us. They don’t mind turning people away if they know that they will be sitting for a while. They are by far the best and now apart of our family we love them.
