Me and my husband both enjoyed going here because they have wonderful chiropractors and massage therapists. However, I walked in on a Saturday for a 10:30 am massage appointment 5 minutes late and they had already cancelled it – also charged me the $25 “no show/cancellation fee”. Said it was because they were so busy/booked up and had a waitlist.. apparently in 5 minutes they took in someone else for my appointment?! Mind you, it was an empty parking lot, empty waiting room, and they use an online scheduling system to specifically reserve your appointment spot. I even saw the massage therapist standing at the front desk as I was walking up and he took off before I walked in. I’ve been getting monthly massages for 20 years and various places – standard practice is to take that time off my appointment. I’ve NEVER had someone treat me this badly, particularly as a regular recurring monthly member. I’ve since cancelled my membership and both me and my husband will take our business elsewhere. Massage places and chiropractors are a dime a dozen in the Scottsdale area, so we’ll find one with business practices that place more value in customer experience and member retention.

Traveling for work and took a chance on this place and glad I did. Pamela gave me one of the best 90 min. messages I have received in a long time. Dr Smith is unlike any other chiropractor. He takes more time with me than any other… here’s how i know.. I’ve worked for doctors offices getting many free adjustments and I feel like Dr Smith is truly an expert in his field. He’s funny, kind, patient and best of all his techniques always leave me feeling 110%. His massage therapist staff is amazing and I recommend Tami as your therapist for deep tissue. Amber and Josh front staff always on point and friendly. Thank you for finally combining health as it should be, massage with adjustment. No cookie cutter, all custom game plans with Dr Smith. Worth the drive!!
