Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI recently got a trim/layers similar to a wolfcut and balayage here- it was the best experience I’ve ever had! Highly recommend! I can confidently say this is the only hair salon I trust to cut and style my hair. The stylists were extremely kind, friendly and exceedingly professional. The salon itself was also kept very neat. I’m usually nervous about getting my hair cut after a few mediocre experiences, but this place blew my mind! You could tell the stylists knew exactly what they were doing, and were trimming my hair in the way you would see in celebrity hair styling compilations. I recently got a trim/layers similar to a wolfcut and balayage here- it was the best experience I’ve ever had! Highly recommend! I can confidently say this is the only hair salon I trust to cut and style my hair. The stylists were extremely kind, friendly and exceedingly professional. The salon itself was also kept very neat. I’ve always cut my hair at home. But I wanted to try a new experience, so I came to Modern Hair Salon for the first time through an acquaintance’s recommendation. First, the couple who runs the business were very kind and friendly, which made me feel comfortable! Second, the woman who cut my hair knew exactly what she was doing when I told her what I wanted. The result was exactly how I wanted my hair to be; I even had a photo reference that I forgot to show, but she ended up making it happen just from me describing it to her! My mom came with me, too, to get her hair done, and she was satisfied as well. They served my mom tea when she was waiting for her turn, which was very generous of them. The hair styles they do and their skills are modern and up-to-date, which means they seem to be able to style hairs of any age group. I am really satisfied with the hair cut I got from here! I live in Wisconsin and came all the way here to get my hair done. I’ve always cut my hair at home. But I wanted to try a new experience, so I came to Modern Hair Salon for the first time through an acquaintance’s recommendation. I’ve had my hair cut, permed, and straightened here. ‍♀️ I’m a picky person, so I asked to have re-touched several times, but they always listened my request and welcomed me warmly. My perm held for more than 3 months! I did a straightening two days ago, and my hair got so smooth and shiny. It’s so soft that I keep touching it. The best part is the atmosphere of the hair salon. I’ve had my hair cut, permed, and straightened here. ‍♀️ I’m a picky person, so I asked to have re-touched several times, but they always listened my request and welcomed me warmly. My perm held for more than 3 months! I did a straightening two days ago, and my hair got so smooth and shiny. It’s so soft that I keep touching it. The best part is the atmosphere of the hair salon. The salon owner’s wife did an amazing job. I’ve been to all the high end salons in Chicago and my haircut here was better than them all. Very polished classy haircut. I will be back again.
