Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI bought a Groupon for a package of sports massages. When I called to make an appointment there was no answer. I called the following day and left a message on voicemail. No one ever called back so I called again two days later. Someone picked up and said they only make appointments for massages directly with the massage therapist and they will give her my phone number and she will call me back. She never called me back and it’s been two weeks. I bought a Groupon for a package of sports massages. When I called to make an appointment there was no answer. I called the following day and left a message on voicemail. No one ever called back so I called again two days later.
