I just had my first haircut and Color at Modern Edge Salon and I couldn’t be more pleased. I went looking for a new color and cut and what I received was even better than I could have imagined. Chelsey did an incredible job! I’ve been at some salon’s where they push your chair away from the mirror so that you can’t see the “miracle” that they are creating. This could not be further from that! Chelsey talked to me about what I wanted; showed me what products I would need to achieve those goals; and then showed me exactly what to do with a hair dryer to get the perfect look. It is also worth noting that the salon experience in and of itself was enjoyable. Everything was clean and there was also a vibe that everyone working there enjoyed not only their job but the people they worked with. I could not recommend Modern Edge Salon more highly!

I went in to get my hair braided a specific way. When she finished it was not at all what I wanted. I did get a discount on my hairstyle but overall from the people to what I wanted it was just a bad experience and I will not be going back. Hairstyling

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityMichael gave me one of the best haircuts I have had in years! He cut off probably a foot of my hair and I am absolutely in love with the results. Also two specific things I really loved about this salon: 1) when he cut my hair, he automatically donated it to Wigs4Kids (which does NOT charge people for the wigs they make unlike some other hair donation organizations) and I didn’t even have to do anything, and 2) the head massage while you get your hair washed is heavenly. Also, the product I bought from them (which is their personal brand) makes my hair look and smell fantastic post-shower, and was super reasonably priced compared to some of the stuff you can buy at Ulta, etc. Definitely, definitely go here. I had my hair cut and my eyebrows done by amysta today. I’ve never been in a hair salon before to get my hair cut.i was nervous but amysta made the whole experience very comfortable and she did a great job! I love my hair and my eyebrows have never looked better. She took the time to show me how to style my hair and was happy to go shorter/make adjustments to the style I picked. I had a great experience!

I always look good after a visit! The stylists at Modern Edge really know about the products and techniques they are using. I’ve been to many salons where I felt like the stylist wasn’t confident in what they were doing, then my hair came out ok, not great. That’s not here at all.

No salon that I’ve gone to has done the phenomenal work that Modern Edge does! They do any cut, color, style you can imagine. You don’t get what you ask for: you get better! The prices tend to be high, but you get a great return.
