I’ve been going to Modern Cuts for several years and so has my daughter. We always see Anne and she is awesome! She has done cuts and color for both of us, always with beautiful results. She is super sweet and accommodating and easy to talk to. I recently had 10 inches cut off to give to charity and when I got there she had already researched various charities and their policies to make sure we did everything right!
