Very casual environment. This was my first experience with injectables. I was not informed of the risk of bruising – and was left with two black eyes as a result. The doctor told me a different amount than what I was billed. It’s been over a month and I’m still waiting on a refund. When I called to follow-up, after a 10-minute hold, they had no notes on the account and I am again waiting to hear back from them on the status. I will not be returning and do not appreciate the handling on the billing side as I am now greater than 30-days from my initial request and they still have my money from overpayment.

Super disappointed!!! Was recommend to Dr Changs office for migraine management. Went to my consultation and was told all we needed to make sure of is that my insurance would cover the Botox prescription. Due to the fact that I due suffer from chronic migraines, my insurance company filled 100 units. AFTER the office received my 100 units then they informed me it would be $14 a unit because my deductible hadn’t been met. So now that have practically have a 100 units of covered Botox that won’t be used, because I can pay out of pocket for $7-10 locally elsewhere, they no longer see value in helping relieve my migraines. What a scam!!!!
