It was Erica who did my hair, and I am really pleased with the job she did! She cut, colored, shampooed, and styled my hair. I had it dyed to match my wig, because I let my hair come out under the wig in the back, and nobody can tell! (This makes it easier to get the wig to stay put.) The color match isn’t perfect, but it looks fantastic anyway. I guess it just blends well. Erica trimmed my hair without cutting off too much, and she showed me some styling tips. I have an appointment to return for a touch-up in a few weeks.

I just stopped in to book a package of 10 massages for my daughter’s birthday, and no one came to ask what I needed after several minutes of me patiently standing there, and workers craning their necks to see what I was doing. I finally walked across the waiting area and asked a worker if there was anybody at the desk, and she said, “No, there’s nobody at the desk.” I said I would just call, or book online, but I definitely will not be doing that, after thinking about it.

Walked in this morning for info about services. I was totally ignored. Not a be with you in a minute or anything. Apparently, my coming home from gym attire put them off. I live in the neighborhood and thought I’d go to them for my salon needs. This salon must have more business than they can hand if they can afford to snub new customers.
