First when I called someone actually answered the phone and when I needed to change the schedule I wasn’t charged for it and they were kind about it . Amina was the hair stylist and she was exceptional. First she didn’t braid my hair too tight, but she made sure the braids were neat the boxes were straight and most of all it wasn’t an all-day process.
