Critical: ProfessionalismI have been going to this place for a while now the fact that it is really close to my house. The people there knew me as well I go there all the time almost every 2 weeks. However, Everytime I would go there and would ask for a design I would come home with something different. I mean when I ask them for a design they wouldn’t even try doing it and straight up tell me no which is understandable. But last time the lady straight up told me “please go to a different salon we have a lot of customers we don’t mind losing one” just because I asked for a design. Also another thing I would like to point is that they take way too many customers than they should be. Like if there 5 staffs working they will take 10 customers and then keep passing them to different people. In my opinion you should finish with one customer and move on to the next one. So my point is if they can treat a old client bad they can treat anybody bad and they do not care about you at all. I have been going to this place for a while now the fact that it is really close to my house. The people there knew me as well I go there all the time almost every 2 weeks. However, Everytime I would go there and would ask for a design I would come home with something different. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThis is my absolute favorite nail place. The staff (and owner) are so personable and sweet. Josie and Michelle have hearts of gold. They ask about your family and treat you LIKE family❤️❤️❤️

I have been going her for years, but because of her attitude I won’t be returning. I had an appointment today and called an hour ahead of time to cancel because I was stuck because of bad weather, and she had an attitude with me and refused to reschedule me. This was the first time this happened and while I can understand that she might have been disappointed, she too has to understand that things also happen that we cannot control. If this was habitual of me, I could understand, but it wasn’t. This is not the first time I’ve been subjected to her bad attitude either, and seen it on display to others. I have been going her for years, but because of her attitude I won’t be returning.
