Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have nothing but AMAZING things to say about each and every experience I’ve had at Model Nails. I love how they take their time to perfect my nails and toes each and every time me and daughter just pop in. The atmosphere is very calming and their design work is stunning! My daughter still can’t get over how her nails glow in the dark! The most unique part is their pricing. Every time I get my mani/pedi I’m always trying to justify to myself spending the kind of money I was always used to spending, but each and every time they give me the total cost my mouth drops open because I have never had such quality work done as I do here, and the prices? I feel like they undersell their work because seriously, they are all incredible with a great eye for detail and I was used to spending so much more money for nails I would look at and think were just nice. They also perform full spa services and all offer all natural products, as well. I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about each and every experience I’ve had at Model Nails. I love how they take their time to perfect my nails and toes each and every time me and daughter just pop in. The atmosphere is very calming and their design work is stunning! Critical: Quality, ValueFirst two photos are what I received, third is what I asked for.I usually go somewhere else due to having a previous bad experience here, but decided to go here anyways because I was going with someone else. I showed the lady what I wanted and asked her to cut down my nails. Never once did I ask her to reshape them. I wanted to keep them coffin, but came out with a deformed rectangular shape. She did not clean up underneath of my nails, she left them looking gross. And she did not give me what I wanted. I am also pretty sure I was over charged because the person I came with paid $73 for a fill and pedicure, and I paid $55 for just a fill. Why was my service only $18 less when I only got one service?
