Haven’t had my nails done in some time so I went to Model Nails at a friend’s referral. Made an appointment, got right in and in the chair for the pedicure. Realized a should have worn a longer skirt when the tech brought me a towel to drape over my lap. So considerate! Nice, clean, professional environment and they worked quickly and efficiently. In and out in an hour without feeling rushed. I’ll be going back.

Critical: ValueSo I got my nails done two weeks ago and I took my nails off today to let them breathe so I can get them done again for Christmas and I found my actual nails green! 7 out of 10 nails are green! I called the store to tell them what happened and ask what I can do. They told me to try and scratch it off. Nope!! Didn’t work! Explained to them that it’s not on top of my nails and that it was underneath the nail and told them that it fungus. They argued with me trying to tell me that it was due to water damage. There was no water getting in between my actual nail and the acrylic because I had to force something in between them and there was no lifting. They then told me I can come in for a fill or pay $10 for them to file my nail to see if it goes away. I called my friend who does nails and she said it is either because they use cheap products out because they don’t clean their equipment! I would normally go to her but she just recently went on maternity leave. That teaches me a lesson! I will just wait for her to come back! Never again will I go here! So I got my nails done two weeks ago and I took my nails off today to let them breathe so I can get them done again for Christmas and I found my actual nails green! 7 out of 10 nails are green! I thought they were way too push about upgrading to gel. They would not take no for an answer. But when all was done I actually love my nails. Ive had bad experiences at other salons that keeps me from getting them done often. Such as cutting my cuticles when filing or nails too tight my fingers are sore forver. But here they look great and feel great. I also had my feet done at the same time, the over all spa part was great not a huge fan of the paint job.

Love the variety of colors. Chairs are super comfy. Although, very over priced & sloppy job. When i called to find out if they had time to fix my gel polish because it was still Sticky he said it would be 15.00. But i had just walkout 20 min earlier and paid over 100 for pedi,full set & polish of my 8 yr daughters finger nails. Very unhappy will not return.
