The nail lady was so nice and gentle! She did a great job, but the wait is very long. Don’t come in if you’re on a time crunch! Nail art

The 3 stars are only because of the price. I paid $77 in total for dipped nails faded light pink to dark purple and one design on ring finger both hands. Never in my life have I ever paid so much for the same thing! That being said, the nails are absolutely GORGEOUS! I had them done a week ago and they’re staying strong. The guy was very professional and new what he was doing for sure. They’re a busy place but worth any wait time, I got there before they opened and watched them greet every person who walked in immediately as well as ask what they wanted. I will more than likely visit again but this time try to find a less expensive route. Oh! Bring cash. I had to leave my phone as collateral, no big deal I didn’t find it outrageous or anything, just inconvenient. Good place so far.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI received a gift certificate for my birthday for a manicure/ pedicure. It felt so relaxing to get a pedicure. I have also gotten my nails dipped and they have lasted 3-4 weeks each time. People give compliments on how nice my nails look.Services: Manicure, Dip powder, Pedicure

The guy that did my mom’s nails did a great job and so did the one that did my aunts nails, but the girl that did mine did a poor job. She did not prep the nails and the tips were not straight and the dip was very thick and uneven. Less than 2 weeks later 2 of the color dips came loose and caught on something and popped off.

I tried this place and wasn’t overly impressed. Prices are high compared to other salons I’ve been to. It was going to cost 52 dollars to get a shellac manicure because it was 10 dollars to remove the dip I had on. So I just got a manicure and pedicure, it was supposed to be 65 but I was charged 67. Not sure why. The mani and pedi weren’t anything earth shattering but everyone was friendly and the place was clean.

My favorite place in woodward to get my nails done. They do a really amazing job and are fast and friendly. The place is also clean and well decorated so you feel like you’re at an upscale spa. I like it way more than some of the other places where it’s kind of hard to relax- white tile floor and florescent lighting, yuck! This is not like that. They offer this, “dip,” technique that’s kind of pricey ($45 for color or $50 for french) but it has vitamins rather than chemicals and is actually good for your nails instead of leaving them thin and torn. Plus, if you’re pregnant, you don’t have to worry about the stuff being 3 Free!

I was working in the area and I went in for a pedicure on my night off. I opted for the Deluxe Pedicure. I work on my feet and was looking forward to a firm massage to relieve the soreness in my legs and feet. The care taken on the nails and cudicles was sufficient. However, she barely removed any of the calloused skin. It was wishful thinking for a massage I suppose. To top it off, she only accepts cash. No signs were posted informing consumers of this prior to service. I had to leave my driver’s license and go to an atm to get cash. No place like home I suppose……From the tone of your response it appears my initial review was spot on. I do wish your business well though. While having such non-customer service oriented management; I don’t look for it to be open the next time I travel through Woodward.

Quite honestly, I was thinking about coming here to get my nails done. But seeing the responses from the Owner to customers seems very unprofessional and a little rude. Anything less than a four star review and you get a rude response from the Owner.

Honestly, the only time I write reviews is when the service was really great or absolutely lousy. In this case, I will NEVER be back and will never recommend this place. 2 days after spending $45 on a mani, 4 of the nails have fallen off and on top of that they do not take cards. They have no signs up saying cash only and they embarrassed me and asked to keep my cell phone for collateral. I did because I am a honest person but I had to walk 3 blocks to Walgreens to the nearest ATM. The guy was rude and the experience was terrible. Never again will I go there. They don’t even have waxing…. what a joke.

I loved the service so much they were so nice and did a amazing job.when I went there I got the guy named Kevin he is so nice he does what you want, and he is so gently with you hands and feet. He did the most perfect nails I’ve ever had!! The inside was so clean and nice they had a sit down spot and very pretty decor, but the only things I didn’t like were price and the guy up front was kind of rude I asked a question and he said that he didn’t like questions and was rude about it!But other wise it was AMAZING!!!!!!!!!
