The older lady did my pedicure was nice but I got an infection after cutting my big toe on the side. Also another one did my nails, Alex. Terrible job. I questioned her about her technique she got mad. Never been to a nail salon and they didn’t keep the station cleaned. Also no said thank you when I left. AND three of us got our nails done $$$ They reminded why I stop going to shops getting my nails.

This is literally only getting one star because the front desk guy was cool but the lady that was doing my graduation nails 1. already knew what i wanted but was extremely rude and aggressive. My cuticles are absolutely destroyed. Then when i get my color painted, she paints the entire nail. i explain i wanted french tips. Then she said shed do the color and then a white tip i said no the tip is the color and the nail is clear. Then she tells me its $5 extra after id already paid and then the majority of the nail is painted and i explained again what i wanted. She then tells me “no that’s a border and thats $15 more!” im like for some nail polish remover!? no way. so i said its fine forget it. I PAID $60 FOR THIS! WORST NAIL EXPERIENCE EVER and ive had some bad ones. These people only care about speed. the male techs are way better. left is what i wanted. right is what i got. i ended up going home and fixing it myself

This place is absolutely one of the worst places to get your nails done, my friend and I went to this salon and we both asked for French tips (Fill in) I was with a man named Tien and my friend had a woman. He said that a fill in would be $55-60 , for acrylic. Their menu on here and in the store said $20-30, he proceeded to lie in my face and say the prices were wrong and that it was more. That is insane, this is my friends nails, she asked for French tips and the woman said she won’t put the curve until she pays $20 more and the nails felt rough to the touch and lumpy. The worker caught an attitude and left, this is not a place for anyone to go to. They lie for prices and they over charge for horrible nails. We are going to someone else to get this fixed.

The nails themselves looked wonderful. Loved them for 2 weeks and was miserable the remaining 4. I’m not sure what glue they use but it literally ripped half of my pinky nail off when the nail came off. Also, my best friend and I went together, and asked to be seated together. Didn’t happen; now, while we are very patient and understand that may not have been possible, at the end of our time, we were charged 115 for two BASIC SETS. Regular acrylics nothing special. And magically their receipt printer didn’t work that day. Will not be returning. The one reason I gave 3 stars was because they looked great and my nail tech was so sweet. Photos are: the day of, 3 weeks later, and my half pinky nail.

Gel polish completely came off one toe nail 2 days after service. Manager basically told me I had to wait an hour for them to repolish one toe nail. The manager did not care I had to take time out of my day to make a second trip due to their negligence. Manicure, Pedicure

Don’t go here, if you want your SNS nails to last more than a week! I get it, things happen, the person could have been new, however I doubt it, he seemed very seasoned, and was quick, too quick I might add! After about a week, two nails cracked, not my nails, but the SNS layer, couple of days later two more! I called to give them the opportunity to make it right, and instead the gentlemen argued with me, and told me that I should not expect my nails to last more than a week and a half to two weeks! I have been getting SNS nails for years now, and because I live so far away, I have gone weeks and weeks, like 6 to 8 weeks, without a single nail cracking, now they are obviously not very pretty by then, and way to grown out, but that was not my point. It was obvious that the technician did NOT use enough layers of the product, therefor causing them to crack prematurely! I strategically planned on when to get my nails done based on experience, for an event and then vacation, now I have to drive at least 45 minutes to somewhere NOT here to get them redone, before I fly out on Sunday! It gets worse! Instead of offering to make things right and create a happy customer, he continued to argue with me and not getting my point, and then hung up on me mid sentence!! I was NOT being ugly, I don’t cuss, I’m a good tipper and I simply expect good quality service in return! Therefor I DO NOT recommend this nail salon!

They over charge and the quality of work is 1 star at best. They ungrateful when you leave a tip and I don’t have to leave one! I haven’t been back since and shouldn’t have left a tip. They are very rude. My nails are never filed right and they never last the full 2 weeks. Pedicure, Acrylic nails

I am giving them 3 stars because they normally do an amazing job, but my last visit to them was a nightmare. I have a cut on my finger and the pedicure was just absolutely painful. Understandably, I have some pretty messed up feet due to years of managing a warehouse and having ran over my feet with pallet jacks and such BUT I have never felt pain like this during a pedicure. Not to mention, the woman doing my nails paid no attention to my partial nail avulsion and nearly took off my entire nail by prying my new skin away from my toenail. I’m guessing this is not something they teach in school. Anyway I’m just praying I don’t receive any ingrowns from this horrible pedicure.
