Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI had an appointment scheduled for 145 this afternoon. The owner text me and called me multiple times before my appointment asking me to come in sooner or come in later and then completely changed my appointment time because somebody else walked in. I am so tired of nail salons not keeping my appointment time!! I thought this place was different but they’re just like every other nail salon. They could care less about the person they just want the money so they will take as many people as they possibly can. What’s the point in making an appointment if you’re just gonna sit there and wait an hour? I expressed to him I would like to keep my appointment time. Then I said fine I will come in at 2 instead but I don’t want to wait any longer because my time is precious too. He insisted on coming at 2:10 But how did I know it wasn’t actually going to be 230 before I actually got in the chair. I planned my entire day around this appointment and now I’m not getting my nails done at all. Probably not gonna get my nails done ever again thanks to this guy. Worst customer service ever and unless you want to be treated like dirt, don’t go here.In response to the owners response, it wasn’t just 15 minutes. HE CALLED ME MULTIPLE TIMES ABOUT A DIFFERENT TIME. If it was just that one thing I wouldn’t have minded. Obviously the owner wrote that response not a customer. I had an appointment scheduled for 145 this afternoon. The owner text me and called me multiple times before my appointment asking me to come in sooner or come in later and then completely changed my appointment time because somebody else walked in.
