Critical: Quality, ValueI really wish I could post pictures.. I had my nails done Monday and today they look like I have had these nails for two weeks !? Don’t waste your money ! I originally went to get SNS with tips and those lasted a week.. Super disappointed with my very first visit. I called ahead of time to confirm they were not busy and it was very true, I was the only one in there. To be the only one in there AND come out with the nails that I did…oof. I was attended to by two people at the same time. I didn’t catch the manager’s name but he kept trying to push me to other services I didn’t want, and when I would inquire about pricing into a nail design it seemed to me like he was trying to overcharge me and the woman who was doing my pedicure argued with him about it in their language. He was super sloppy with his work, putting various different coats of product on my natural nail, then running the dremel over it all, globbed on the white (for my french manicure), you could see the actual slope of my nail from where it went from semi thin to THICK. He burned my cuticle with the dremel as well. When he claimed he was done I had cured product globbed under almost all my nails, product sticking to the skin of my fingers, he “fixed it” and went on to do another walk in’s nails (they came in during my session.) The woman who did my pedicure was very sweet and she ended up inspecting my manicure and fixing what she could. Still looked very rough at the end but there wasn’t anything else to be done unless they took them all off and redid the whole thing, (which I admit I could have done but I didn’t have the inclination for that man to do anything more damage my nails) The picture attached is one day after. I have a cracked separation of the nail product from my natural nail and UNCURED product seeped out of it. I now have to get someone else to remove and fix because I am never coming here again. In total I spent $95 for a french nail gel color manicure and a regular color pedicure(with tip included only for the sweet lady who tried to fix the manager’s carelessness). The only positive I can say in regards to that man is he did a pretty nail design. But never again

This is the ONLY place I will get my nails done at now. They are friendly, efficient, and affordable! My nails looks perfect every time because thevery actually listen to what style I ask for and do it! Unlike other places that just did what they considered best/standard. At Tommy’s nails they actually do your nails the way YOU want them done! Perfect every time…

I don’t usually give a different location/business a chance beyond my regular spot. However, it was descent. The male nail tech did a great job with my husband nails and mine. However, I just feel like if I’m paying for a service I don’t want it to be rushed. I want a massage that comes with my package and all. Furthermore, who is waiting an hour for their nails to dry??? I think the dryers should be upgraded. Also, even if you use gel polish I feel you still risk the chance of messing up your nails if you receive a pedicure due to the rable being low. Most nail shops have the tables raised up high where your feet will be drying. Otherwise, it was a descent experience.

Was asked 4 different times if I wanted gel nail polish. I didn’t. The man tried saying it takes 45 minutes for regular polish to dry. Like what?! Anyways, I got the classic pedicure. Which their menu says comes with all the typical pedicure things, leg massage, cleaning of nails, etc. The nail tech spent 2 minutes on my feet and went straight into the polish. The whole point of a pedicure if for them to clean the nails and remove dead skins and such. Both employees were short with me and just rude.
