Critical: Cleanliness, PunctualityThe first time I went here my nails came out horrible. I gave it another try and Michelle did a good job she just wouldn’t stop talking on the phone w ear buds in and it was really rude, and unprofessional. She didn’t stop talking to her coworker during my pedicure in her language either. Management or owner should put a stop to that it’s not like a few sentences it’s non stop in another language. You’re providing a service it’s unprofessional. They also used a big fluffy makeup brush they use to clean the dust from the acrylic on the work station to clean off your hands this was before the pandemic, but it’s still unsanitary and gross. The last straw I made an appt it was for 1,1:15 he said come early to pick your color. I don’t need 15 min to pick a color so I arrived at 1:15…what do you know?! Michelle took a walk in I just left. The first time I went here my nails came out horrible. I gave it another try and Michelle did a good job she just wouldn’t stop talking on the phone w ear buds in and it was really rude, and unprofessional. I went today, they do a sloppy, rushed fill on my nails and don’t properly file so it doesn’t look like I even got a fill. She then tries to airbrush it again , makes the French so thick and nothing of how I wanted it and ignored my requests. The owner than says I don’t know what to tell you, blames my salon from last time, and rips the card out of my hand and says $38. This man is so unprofessional, unsanitary and no where near deserving of my business ever again. I own two small businesses and I’d never treat a customer like that EVER. This place gets worse every time I go there. I went today, they do a sloppy, rushed fill on my nails and don’t properly file so it doesn’t look like I even got a fill. She then tries to airbrush it again , makes the French so thick and nothing of how I wanted it and ignored my requests. The owner than says I don’t know what to tell you, blames my salon from last time, and rips the card out of my hand and says $38. This man is so unprofessional, unsanitary and no where near deserving of my business ever again. I own two small businesses and I’d never treat a customer like that EVER. How are they still in business?????
