I quite literally have never ever had a bad hair cut in my life and they absolutely butchered my hair. I asked for curtain bangs and a trim, you know, something to frame my face and they gave me almost straight across bangs on my forehead, the layers looking okay. It looks like I have a bowl cut when I have just my bangs infront of my face. I will not be coming back. I’m very upset and I don’t think it is fixable now. Ruined my whole week.

I had a brow and Brazilian wax with Carissa and I had a great experience. She did an amazing job on my brows and was able to give my super straight brows an arch which is exactly what I was hoping for. I was super nervous about the Brazilian as it was my first time having one, but she made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I will definitely be back!

5/3/22 was my second and last time here. I was badly in need of a trim and so I made a last minute appointment. My stylist was great, but I don’t think it was $60 great. A simple trim of an inch of hair and a wash that I didn’t request and I’m $60 poorer lol. Pretty ridiculous for a trim, even though it is a “spa”. And don’t have your receptionist comment and say there is no record of my visit just to save face, because I just said my visit was on 5/3/22 at 10:45 am. Just an all around no.

Master stylist Carissa is amazing. She is very thorough and moves deftly with experience. I received a cut, color, highlights and toner. It worked out perfectly because she is so good. Goodbye orange hair, hello ash brown. Her beautiful purple eyelashes were very nice to look at over her mask! The working stations needs some sprucing up otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.

I went in for a mani and pedi. It should have been very simple as I do not use any color or clear polish. I wanted to clean up my cuticles and get my nails shaped. She mentioned if I wanted to have my nails buffed, I agreed. After all was said and done I was less than happy with the whole experience. My cuticles were trimmed poorly, my nails were uneven and were rough and jagged and there was barely any evidence of being buffed. Here’s the kicker. I was charged a whopping $74 dollars for this “poor excuse of a mani/pedi”. What an absolute insult!! Will “NEVER” go back.
