I was told to go to the spa chair, where I sat for 30 to 40 minutes in water. Of course, no one apologized and no one came to check on me. The first time I came to the salon and had the best pedicure every one was really nice. This time I had a scheduled appointment. I arrived on time for a pedicure. I was told to go to the spa chair, where I sat for 30 to 40 minutes in water. Of course, no one apologized and no one came to check on me. When on’3/27/22 after 2 yrs, son1st time back. I had been prior to the pandemic; as for Duluth manicure/pedicure $65. Feet when well, although the manicurist kept talking on phone; for manicure, absolute terrible and I inform manicurist that it was not looking well; tried to up charge me with gel and then with bluff. I g Questioned price w/ manager and everyone acting lot they didn’t understand.

Great experience! This was my first time at this location and thought is was a great experience. As expected, I entered the spa and saw a number of ladies getting their feet done but I liked that the location was not crowded. There are a number of nail spa’s in the Lakewood area that are very busy, which is great for the spa but not a great feeling for me. I was asked about the options and was surprised that the rates were very reasonable ($27.00 for premium pedicure). I can say that I enjoyed the hot stone massage and the exfoliating wrap/wipe with the hot towels. I recommend Moda Nail Spa to anyone (especially guys…we must take care of our feet, it is not only for the ladies)!!!

Lena and Mary are great! I’ve been a customer here for about a year now. I can walk in but because the place can get busy, I usually make an appointment to see Mary (she’s in the blue eyeglasses) and can sit down and get right to the pedicure. I’m usually the only guy in there but I like that I can get in and out rather quickly and with a high quality pedicure. I give this place and Mary 5 stars!!!

The worst experience of my life with my nails. Apparently I had water under my nails because they find the cheap way of doing a fill. I told them 1.5 weeks ago Kate said no its find. I went in last night and I had the start of fungus under my nails which had to replace all my nails at my cost. The glue does not work when your natural nail starts to grow at a curve. Then the worthless owner tells me all you did was complain for almost 3 hours.
