I usually go here a lot but this last visit was bad went in for a dip fill and pedicure I always bring my own dip powder never had a problem but this time she rushed and made my nails thick didn’t have me wash my hands no cuticle oil had excess powder and polish on my fingers. When I mentioned It she blamed the powder I brought and said I needed to pay $5 more if I wanted her to fix and clean It. Be careful if you go here

Positive: Professionalism, QualityWent in for a manicure With Hannah ! She was so nice and kind explaining a lot about nail care , the manicure came out great and she made sure she coated my nails good with paint so she was not stingy with the color like other salons . I went for a pedicure and they didn’t cut or clean anything and even paying full pedicure I didn’t return $50 more for nothing

Bad experience … I went in for Gel polish no manicure she start by filing my nails when she didn’t clean or dust after she was done.she started to put the polish and I told her the first nail had dust from the filing she didn’t listen. She continued to do my nails when she was done with the first hand I showed her was talking about so she grabbed my nail and started to cut the little bubble off with the nail scissors. And said no u can’t cut leave it chip and pit more polish over it. I was so unhappy with the finish 3 of my nails are matte they don’t shine because she rubbed all my nails with pure acetone and it took the shine away. She still charged me and said I’ll put more gel coating she did and she put regular shinny polish.. the price I paid for this job not worth it. NEVER GOING BACK!

I had went there for the first time the other day and got a navy blue gel manicure, the lady on station 3 did not let them dry long enough and she had to apply a second top coat for not waiting long enough before using the cotton ball to cleanse the nails. A day later my polish had already chipped on two nails so I went in to get them fixed the guy who fixed them did the same thing, just not waiting long enough for them to dry and also he did the nail gel coat thicker than all my other nails, he also reapplied a top coat to all of them and it burned really bad when I put my fingers under the light, no to mention he didn’t do such a good job with top coating them either it was sloppy. Now I need to go back in for the third time because they are chipping again, I’ve never gotten a gel manicure this bad before they usually do them very good at the mall but at this place they don’t seem to have patience. I might even ask for a refund because I’m so upset I need to keep going back in.

Went here today because all other nail salons were closed. Mistake!! The lady who did my nails did a horrible job. All I wanted was a gel polish, not a manicure. I cut and shaped my nails and pushed my cuticles back myself at home so all she had to do was polish them. All I asked for was a simple red polish. She got the clear and red polish all over my skin. The polish by the cuticles was shaped very uneven. When she saw me noticing the polish on my skin I heard her murmur to herself that it was very hard to not get polish on my skin. When she finished I asked her to please take the nail polish off my skin. She just gave me an annoyed look and used the electric filer to take most off it off (not all of it). When I told her it looked sloppy she looked at me like I was crazy. Another lady who worked there looked at my polish job and seemed to want to agree with me but didnt want to speak up. It was just such a sloppy, lazy polish job. I dont understand why you wouldnt wanted to do a good job and take pride in your work. Do not come here!!!! Spend your hard earned money elsewhere!!!

I have only came 2 times before for a manicure and not had a good job done. The nails usually come out crooked and when asked to be fixed the woman would be very rude after. This past time I had given her my color and she picked up a different one and charged me for gel. The nails were uneven and bumpy. I won’t come again
