first picture is what i had asked for and the second was what i got. i see where it was going i just wish it was executed better. Jodene did my hair and didn’t use any product to prevent frizz or to protect my hair from the heat. i went there to get my hair done for prom and needed my hair to last and it barely lasted 45 minutes. i ended up doing my hair myself 30 minutes before prom and could’ve saved myself $95….

Literally the best experience I’ve ever had and I’ve gone to many different hair salons from super high end where I’ve had the worst experiences but this was the best service and specifically Sarah is the best!!! She was so attentive and asked to see photos of what I wanted and was realistic from the start she made sure we both were on the same page and throughout the whole thing she let me know what she was doing and the products. In total I went from a super grown out half black and half multi colored purple to a beautiful ashy blue. I will always be going to her and she’s literally the best!!! Sarah is the master of colored hair

Love this salon, everyone is very friendly and welcoming. They recognize you as a customer and make you feel welcomed. Christina Ambrose is great, she has worked with me over time to get my hair to the color I have been wanting to do but could never find someone who actually knew what they were doing. She has been honest about what I can and shouldn’t do with my hair as far as keeping it healthy. She does a great job at blowing out my hair and for trimming just what I ask for not more, as some other places I’ve been to take off more than I’ve asked. And I’ve noticed as I wait in the chair for my hair to take for highlights, I have watched other stylists working on other clients and they do a very nice job as well! So I definitely recommend this salon. Very professional stylist! Also they do sell hair products at the front, but no one has ever tried to push me into buying products, just to make a buck, which I love! Than you Christina and staff

My first time having a facial with Elena the esthetician. She explained the process with professionalism and a caring attitude. She gave me some advice on how to better care for my aging skin. Dissatisfaction guaranteed. Deidre styled my hair the first time to a blonde color from black…it wasn’t perfect. The second time I showed her a picture to duplicate the color but it came out much darker (she should know I prefer lighter). I told her I wasn’t satisfied and instead of assuring that she will fix it for me, her manager Rachel called to say that we need to part ways and she issued a $160 refund which was $60 short. When we called about the shortfall, she said that I wasn’t dissatisfied with the cut but would ask the owner to credit the full refund. Owner never called. Moda doesn’t care about 100% satisfaction! Go somewhere else!

WARNING: They won’t book a new client appointment unless you’re willing to leave your credit card on file. You asked if they could just charge my card the equivalent of a hair cut and they refused. Very rude on the phone. Don’t recommend.

I made a same day appointment today with Carie who I had never been been to before. She did an amazing job with my hair color and cut. It was clear that she was very experienced as I saw her finishing up with a client before me. She is very confident and knew exactly what color I was trying g to describe and suggested a hair style that makes a dramatic positive difference in my appearance. I was a little skeptical going to someone new. But Im so glad I did. I will definitely go back to her. Very warm and sweet personality also.
