I didn’t realize he had included the tip on the gift certificate and I tipped cash after my service. The next day I received a phone call from the owner explaining that the tip had been included and wanting to return my money. I was so impressed with the honesty and professionalism! I had a gift certificate for a hair service from my husband. I didn’t realize he had included the tip on the gift certificate and I tipped cash after my service. The next day I received a phone call from the owner explaining that the tip had been included and wanting to return my money. I was so impressed with the honesty and professionalism! Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityIn December I purchased a Christmas gift for my girlfriend in the form of a 1 hour massage. I paid for the massage and included the tip which made the amount $100. The appointment was scheduled for early January. When the massage was done my girlfriend went to pay and she was told it was $92 since as of January 1st they raised their prices. My girlfriend ended up tipping the masseuse out of her own money since obviously $8 isn’t enough . When I got off work and called to find out what happened the owner was rude , argumentative and combative and could careless that I paid for a service prior to her raising fees. After a brief conversation where I remained calm she said she would hone or it and give the girl her tip money. I had an appointment scheduled for a few weeks later I asked the girl who was doing my massage if she got the money she said no. When I called the salon back to speak with the owner she was even more rude combative and argumentative and basically called me a liar. Place is dirty to begin with and the owner doesn’t care about her customers as long as she makes money. I work hard for my money as we all do. Don’t mess with it. In December I purchased a Christmas gift for my girlfriend in the form of a 1 hour massage. I paid for the massage and included the tip which made the amount $100. The appointment was scheduled for early January. When the massage was done my girlfriend went to pay and she was told it was $92 since as of January 1st they raised their prices. She worked with me to personalize a color since I was unsure what I wanted. After hand mixing a color based on some of the ideas I had, she took my hair from an absolute mess to just perfect! She also added in a scalp treatment and deep conditioning to really give my hair life. Decided to get my hair dyed and was absolutely blown away by the service I received from the stylist Nicole. She worked with me to personalize a color since I was unsure what I wanted. After hand mixing a color based on some of the ideas I had, she took my hair from an absolute mess to just perfect! She also added in a scalp treatment and deep conditioning to really give my hair life. I won’t be going any where else!
