Went today on 3/29/22 and had a great experience! Cathy was my tech and she did my full set, pedicure, eyebrow wax and lip wax. She was super friendly and did a great job proving a relaxing spa experience. I will definitely recommend not only Mod Nails but choose Cathy too!

This was my first time being there and all I got was a full set with gel and pedicure. My pedicure was great however when it came to my full set, I feel completely different. Not only did the older woman who did nails clip me twice, this is how my cuticles and skin were left. I asked for a discount since I was clipped multiple times and the man who is the manager just rubbed his un-gloved, un-washed finger on the spots where I was clipped and my skin was raw. I will give it another try but this first impression was not very good.

I’ve tried this place a few times hoping to like it because of the convenience of location and have had a bad experience every time. My main complaint is that they don’t sanitize their tools and they overuse the drill. I didn’t even have any polish on my nails and she tried to use it on my natural nail. Most recently she halfway got my cuticles and the gel polish I selected must have been old because it didn’t cure right. Overall, no one has been very friendly and they haven’t done a good job.

I have been a client of Nina for 4 years as she has grown her business. Last year she opened MOD Nails and Spa and I recently took my daughter there to see her – it’s her favorite place to get her nails done. It’s a beautiful Spa with brand new equipment – they spared no expense. It’s always a very friendly atmosphere and the quality of work is outstanding. It’s not the cheapest place to go, but you can always count on top notch service.

the lady I had was nice, but she cut five of my fingers…all were around the cuticles. I love how my nails turned out, but now I have cuts around my nails. No one wants pretty nails that have cuts all around them. They hurt too and will probably take a while to heal so I’m going to have red spots around my nails now. Not super happy about it because getting nails done isn’t cheap and that’s why I don’t get them done often.

Worst experience ever. My friend and I are going to them all in the area to find a place to stay. This was by far the worst. No tub liners, the ultraviolet box for curing gels was disgusting, the polish I picked out was old and she had to start over. My toes still look horrible. Getting a sense this was not going well, I did regular polish on toes instead of gels and they still charged me for gels because they had to soak the prior off. But, no one told me that until time to pay. I bought the mod package with massage, there was no massage. One hot stone that became cool very quickly. The place was gross. Hoping I don’t get an infection.
