I had Lisa today who was a very meticulous technician and really took care to give me thorough but thoughtful gel manicure today. She assessed my nail strength before deciding which technique would be best for completing the job. I was so impressed with her. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the price was not my favorite thing and I didn’t feel that there were enough gel polish colors as compared to other locations. However, I would definitely go back to see Lisa.

I just had my first pedicure here and it won’t be my last! Lisa was my nail technician and she was so thorough, gentle and sweet! My pedicure looks beautiful and my feet feel amazing! Next time I will upgrade and add the hot towels. I love that you don’t have to move from your pedicure chair when you’re done.. they bring the fans right to your feet to dry your polish ..Lisa covered my legs with a towel so I wouldn’t be cold without me even asking. I came on a Thursday at 11:00 and it was quiet and easy to find parking.

I have been with Mod Spa for almost three years and I have never been disappointed. The staff is always pleasant and professional. I love it when I walk in and everyone greets me and the entire staff knows my name. Candice normally provides my services, but I have also received services from Kimberly and Lisa. No matter what staff member is providing my services, I know it will be the same high quality each time.

I came with my 10 year old. The staff there not very personable. I had to move my car in the middle of my pedicure up a few inches because the fed ex truck couldn’t get through because of a poorly designed parking lot. While out the building my daughter said they made fun of me. She was so upset. The staff doing her mani/pedi where rough. Both technicians who did my mani/pedi where more interested in finishing their own nail then working with me. My dip manicure that was more expensive than other locations I’ve used lasted less than a week before starting to chip off. I will never be a return client.

Before hand I thought maybe it was just the shape of my nails that caused me to never got the spot on look I was going for but Sasha was very informative and honest when helping me decide on my desired shape. I’ve been looking for a quality nail salon/nail tech for months in my city and I’m happy that I’ve finally found one! Sasha did a full-set for me w/coffin shape and I was very pleased. The places I’ve been to in the past never got the shape right without me having to ask them to file more etc. She was efficient, personable, & the cost definitely matched the quality work that I received.
