Because of the reviews, I expected better service. But I was wrong!! My pedicure was okay. Nothing special. I asked for a square toe and got a round toe instead. For my dip powder manicure, the lady just rushed through it like she had somewhere to be. Didn’t bother to clean cuticles or anything but the bare bones minimum and it all was sloppily done. I had color on the back of my nail tips and she wasted so much product all over my hands and the towel. Will CERTAINLY NEVER EVER EVER EVA go back here again!!

The front desk woman was not very friendly. She called multiple times to ensure that we would be there, we confirmed multiple times that we would. She even called a minute before our appointment to confirm our appointment. We were already walking in. The nail techs rushed through the pedicures and manicures. They didn’t bother to do any cuticle work and just pushed them back. Two of us got gel manicures and the gel was already coming off after a few days. The others got dip powder and it was put on too thick. When checking out, the front woman didn’t know how to work the tablets and got frustrated easily. Another customer had come in to ask about getting her nails done that day and the front woman rolled her eyes and gave a little attitude. Overall, not very professional.

Lin it’s really good she does a great job and she pay attention to detail and she takes her time to do it. It’s a really good experience the place it’s clean and it has massage chairs.

The staff has changed slightly over time but for the past 4 years I’ve been getting my nails done by David. He always does a wonderful job and we’ve done a lot of creative things over the years. The staff is very friendly and they always go above and beyond for their clients. If you are looking for detailed designs and different arty types of nails I highly recommend David. They also offer different types of pedicures, go for the deluxe it’s the same price as other salons regular pedi and you get little extras with the deluxe. I’ve been going to this salon since I moved here in 2015. The staff has changed slightly over time but for the past 4 years I’ve been getting my nails done by David. He always does a wonderful job and we’ve done a lot of creative things over the years. The staff is very friendly and they always go above and beyond for their clients. If you are looking for detailed designs and different arty types of nails I highly recommend David. I had high hopes for this place but it was very overpriced for the mediocre quality of work. I got a set of acrylics with dip powder and one of the nails broke after five days, another one broke after eight days. Usually these last me 2 to 3 weeks. I even realized that two of the nails were done crooked, just did not look very good at all. And honestly the employees are not very kind or welcoming.

This was my go-to nail salon, but my last dip set never cured and it ended up lifting many of my nails from my nail bed // one REAL fingernail and dip nail popped off together. I went to a new nail salon and they were the ones to explain the nail never cured which can cause damaged nails. Pretty upset because now I have 9 fingernails and one painful little stub.

I came here after seeing a ton of great reviews on here and Yelp. I’m new to the area and have been searching for a spot to get my dip powder done. My nails came out okay, but the nail tech didn’t ask me the length I wanted or if I wanted my nails reshaped. I came in with dip powder from another place, she removed the powder and proceeded to take off significant length from my natural nails. My natural nails were quite long, and she didn’t ask me how short I wanted them or even if I wanted them to be shorter. She didn’t ask if I wanted the shape changed. I’m used to my nail techs asking me these questions, rather than deciding on their own without asking and just “doing.” She was careful and I think my nails ended up looking fine, but I realized once I got home (after thoroughly washing my hands, etc.) that my cuticles weren’t properly cleaned up. She did clip them a bit, but obviously from the photos you can see it wasn’t done thoroughly. I also see that there is a little chip of the gel top coat at the end of my thumb nail. I got my nails done yesterday afternoon, so it’s literally been less than 24 hours. Another thing I thought was strange is that there was no hand lotion massage type of thing at the end of the service. I’ve never NOT had that when getting my nails done. I recently moved from NY, so maybe it’s just a “thing” down here that they don’t do a little hand massage during manicures? Overall, I think my nails look fine, but not great. I’m disappointed that there wasn’t any communication from my nail tech regarding nail length and shape, and my cuticles should have been done better. Obviously there shouldn’t be a chip in the top coat so quickly either. My dip powder usually lasts weeks. We’ll see how long this lasts, as I just had them done. FYI, the dip powder is $37, which seems average for the area.
