I just moved to Hilliard and was wanting to find a good nail place to start coming to. I enjoyed my experience here and will continue to come back. The reason why I rated 4 stars was because when I arrived I was told to wash my hands. Being that I have never been there before, I did not know where the sink was located. They were pretty busy and the girl that was at the front desk seemed annoyed with me when I asked where the sink was located. After washing my hands I sat down and waited for my nail tech. After things calmed down and it wasn’t so busy my nail tech came over and brought me back. Come to find out I was never “checked in”. Thankfully Brooke, my nail tech, came up to the front to see if I had shown up to my appointment. I was there a total of 2 hours. A little long, but still was satisfied with what I got. Brooke did a great job on my nails and I love them. Minus a few hiccups, this is a nice place to come to.

If your nail technician recommends another nail technician, you trust her! Bora at Mod Salon is awesome. She is super kind, I enjoy our conversation, and she’s great at what she does. My nails always last 4+ weeks, and they look great. I was a loyalist to Kendra at Westgate Salon for a long time, and when she left, she pointed me at Mod Salon. If your nail technician recommends another nail technician, you trust her! Bora at Mod Salon is awesome. She is super kind, I enjoy our conversation, and she’s great at what she does. My nails always last 4+ weeks, and they look great. I got a mani-pedi at the end of a VERY stressful week, and Jen 100% took care of me – the best pedicure I’ve ever had in my life, and when I showed her the design I wanted on my nails, she pulled it off better than I ever thought possible!
