When you first arrive to check in, remember to watch your volume. People may be participating in classes and receiving other spa services inside. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

This place is the real deal. We read a lot of reviews before arriving, and we read the “know before you go.” Both are definitely recommended beforehand.

HIGH Quality, peaceful, modern, relaxing day spa and natural Hop Springs soaking pools. With many clean, nice changing rooms and showers. Grass area and trees for lounging. Restaurant with healthy food and drinks. Economical day soaking ($25) and senior discount rates with excellent value.

Wonderful experience friendly staff and a beautiful setting to just relax. We did the soak and loved the hot pool’s followed by the natural pool. Truly amazing to see he transformation this place has taken! 35 Years ago when I left Hot Springs this was a hole in the ground with a few walls and filled with tree limbs and garbage.

What a great place. Went on a chilly November day and it was a perfect, relaxing, peaceful place. Enjoyed soaking for a couple of hours before my massage which was terrific. Really is a beautiful place and they are opening 2 new pools soon. Will definitely come back.

If you’re in the Black Hills and don’t come to Moccasin Springs… you’re missing out. Such a wonderful atmosphere and experience. The waters are lovely and magical and you feel 10 years younger coming out of these springs.

This place is a great stop in between visits just to take a break and relax a bit. It was $47 for two of us to soak as long as we wanted in their mineral pools which was a beautiful warm general pool with pool noodles to float on. The bottom of the pool is laid with stones providing a natural feel. Also there was a 101 and 104 degree hot spa you could soak tired muscles. They had kombucha and nitro cold coffee on tap that was a really nice touch. I had both and each were great. Bring flip flops or water shoes or you will burn your feet on a sunny day. They need to cool coat all of their paved walkways. I found myself wishing they had more outdoor shaded loungers to take a short nap. They had changing areas all around and the ability to rent or purchase anything you didn’t bring with you.

We enjoyed our visit. Wished there had been more hot water pools but it looked like they were expanding when we were there.

My favorite hot springs to visit. Quiet, serene, and clean. The esthetics, atmosphere, and history make for a lovely experience. I’ve only experienced the hot spring pools and have not the spa services. They do have a veteran’s discount for admission. Be advised children aren’t allowed and I do love kids. But the atmosphere is very calm. There were loud talkers once which made for a completely different experience. But overall every visit there rejuvenated me.
