Critical: Professionalism, QualityNot impressed!! Skye was 40 minutes late and when she arrived she suggested giving both massages for my sister and I on the bed instead of her table. The sheets had a strong cigarette smoke odor as well which was very unpleasant. Definitely not an organized, professional or relaxed environment which caused me to forgo my session.

So I was trying to set up an appointment and asked if there was a place to go because I could not provide a place and her studio in the ball is no longer there and she was nice and told me she would provide the place still with a mobile studio. However I messaged her back a few days later as I was sick and didn’t want to spread anything not knowing what I had and she completely started ignoring my texts I texted three times the last 2 days and got no reply however her phone is online because we both have android and I can see if it was delivered or just sent and still nothing. I assume either something has happened or she is ignoring me. Sad because I really needed to find someone to take care of my shoulder and back as it’s been messed up for months I been to Asian parlors as they were cheap and walk in accessible but never got the job done.

Not only did the session feel amazing I felt completely 1000 percent comfortable .. They used a steamer on my body the entire session I was so relaxed and warm and cozy. The first time someone has ever stretched me during and after a massage. I am so incredibly happy I found bodyworks Knoxville. Super friendly and convientent . Possibly the best massage I have ever had and I have been all around the globe and experienced many many styles. I will definitely be back. Truly the best ever. I am shocked . I was expecting mediocre and got top shelf.
