Was seen as a walk-in and had a great experience! They fit me in within twenty minutes. Hailey did my shampoo and cut 3 ish inches off my hair. It looks and feels so much better! Her hands felt like magic during the shampoo/scalp massage. She was thorough and professional. Would recommend. Haircut

Wonderful, talented staff. I think I’ve had a cut and style with almost everyone who works there, and everyone is skilled and a pleasure to talk to. Each stylist listens carefully to what I want, often sharing loads of useful information about maintaining and taking good care of my hair. You can really tell they know their craft and I’m so appreciative for the wonderful service I always receive.

I love the way Jia cut and styled my hair. She was very careful and only trimmed the damaged ends to breathe life back into my hair and give it a healthy appearance. She was also incredibly nice and explained a bunch of stuff about how I can take better care of my hair to avoid further damage. Also, this is kinda random, but the Davines products they use at the salon are actually pretty dope and worked great for me personally so now I want some of my own. I will most certainly be seeing Jia again because I can’t find anything I don’t like about my hair, and I genuinely feel like I got exactly what I wanted without losing too much length.

Unprofessional Cofounder ! Rude , Unprofessional. In order for me to get a refund I needed to go back and for him to check it out because he’s an “expertise “ and will fix it . I clearly said several times , I don’t want to go back! Yet again went again and again with the conditions . Had the nerve to hang up on me as well . Like what time of management is this . Unacceptable! A horrible experience with first Hairstylist Joy ruined my hair . She said she has 25yrs in experience but to me she didn’t . It is the worst, it has never been like this . I went in there with healthy hair and left with severe damaged hair . Hair pieces falling . First left the salon with my hair looking orange / yellowish tones . I paid $250 and then got called in to give them another try the next day and get my hair redone by the master hairstylist Molouk . Her and the manger were very apologetic of what happened and saw how I should have never left the salon like that . A month out and my hair looks horrible and the haircut Joy gave me was not the correct . I asked for long layers and face framing and bouncy layers . Didn’t received it . molouk was kind enough to do curtain bangs for me but still not what I would have expected for a salon that I had very high hopes for because of the photos and reviews .

I went to the salon and explained to Jia that I wanted to be able to stop coloring my hair but didn’t want to just let it grow and wait until the color was cut off. She explained exactly what needed to be done in order to safely lift some of the color without damaging my hair. She made sure I understood the process, and told me how much it would cost. She was very meticulous, using small sections and applying the lightener to what seemed like, every other hair. My hair is highlighted a pretty golden blond that I can easily live with. I can decide whether to have the process done again in a few months to lift the color more, or I can let it grow out until it is cut off. I will definitely ask for an appointment with Jia again. She is knowledgeable, professional and very nice to talk to.
