I came to Norfolk for a wedding and desperately needed a fill in and a nail replaced before the festivities. Tan was my tech, took his time and did a great job, just like my home based nail tech. He was able to take me immediately (no wait) the staff was very friendly. I love that they require everyone to wash their hands before being worked on. Also the rose colored chrome came out looking FIRE! Got lots of compliments! He’s very meticulous and patient. Thanks Tan!

Wendy did my nails and I had a wonderful time. She was engaged in conversation while doing my nails which makes it such a good experience. She took her time to make sure my nails would last. You could tell she really cared about her artistry. She wasn’t focused on doing it to be done, she was focused on doing it right so I was happy. I am transgender and comfortable at this spa and didn’t feel judged or uncomfortable. My nails were $65 plus I left a $15 tip. It is located on the second floor of the mall by the north tower entrance. I can’t wait to get my next design done. I’m so happy ive finally found someone who will do my nails right and is willing to design!

I have been to this salon many times for nail services. I think of all of the times I’ve been here, the last one was the most disappointing. I saw a gentleman, who seemed completely disenchanted with what he was doing, and gave me an extremely lazy manicure and pedicure. He didn’t clean under my fingernails and he did a very lazy cuticle trimming. In addition to that, my toes are awful. He didn’t even bother to file them down correctly and they are all growing in with extremely jagged and pointy corners that have literally ripped my sheets to shreds. I don’t think I’ll be going back. It’s convenient, but not worth it.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They were nice, professional. But the nail art done was not good. I got a manicure, lasted only 3 days, and started chipping. My nails didn’t even fully have the top coat on like it should’ve. My nails were lazily done, I went here after reading the reviews hoping it changed, it has not. Go here at your own risk.
