I’ve been here 3 times. I love the atmosphere, the technicians, & the services they provide. The customer service is almost at 5, too. The only thing I’m confused about. I saw it happen once, and then it happened to me. They left me there with my nails drying, like the technician went and grabbed her bags so she could go home. She said you are almost done. So I felt I had to leave.

I went yesterday April 3rd to get sns done. It was the best service I have received in a long time. I work in property management and customer service is key to our business. Kevin took his time and did an amazing job. Payed attention to detail and gave me a massage!! when do you go to a nail salon and they massage your shoulders and back. Like come on!! That’s good service. This will be my regular salon from now on.

I have switched to Pavilion nails 2 weeks ago – since Ann and Mike – the best nail technicians around and former owners of Creative Nails next to Whole Foods – have joined Pavilion. As i said – Ann and Mike are the best nail technicians no matter how sophisticated your mani/pedi are. Ann is also a great permanent makeup artist – my brows have never looked prettier; receiving tons of compliments for Ann’s work!!! Highly recommended place!
